1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Spell Cat ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Spell Cat mobile application ("App").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan: $0.99/month or $9.99/year
• Premium Plan: $2.99/month or $29.99/year

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create or upload within the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App.
